What we process

Contact form: name, email, phone (if given), subject and message.
Server logs: technical request data (URL, time, browser type, truncated IP address) for operation and security.
Employee app (app.agrorobomar.si): employee data (name, work email, working hours) and customer data (farm name, address, phone) for work-order management. Only employees with a personal login have access.

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies by default and does not track visitors.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering inquiries and preparing offers: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Operation and security of the site, form abuse protection: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Work orders and working-time records: contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, Turnstile bot protection, data storage in the EU region).
Resend, Inc. (sending contact-form emails and login links).

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for at most 2 years after the last contact, then deleted. Server logs are kept for at most 30 days. Working-time records are kept as required by labour law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send requests to info@agrorobomar.si. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
